Position: Service Coordinator
Position Type: Full Time
Position Location: This position works out of the Distribution Center located at 1515 University Drive, Auburn, GA 30011.
Position Overview: Our growing company is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for scheduling service appointments for hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and all other products. The Service Coordinator will communicate with customers on a daily basis.
- Take all phone calls concerning service issues and concerns
Schedules service technicians per the zoning that has been established
Closes tickets once customer has been charged appropriately
Files warranty on sales orders
Schedule delivery and installation of parts
Handle and mitigate customer service issues
Work/communicate with delivery and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction
Ability to recognize issues or potential issues and put corrective action in place to eliminate the possibility of the issue occurring again
Ability to evaluate a situation and make a short term decision as well as work through details to create a plan for the long term solution
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
High school diploma
Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to manage employees

Complexity & Scope of Work: The work consists of varied specialized duties. Strict and frequently changing laws and regulations contribute to the complexity of the work.
Contacts: Contacts are typically with co-workers, members of the general public, management, and all departments within Georgia Spa Company. Contacts are typically to give or exchange information, provide services, and resolve problems.
Work Environment: The work is typically performed in an office while sitting at a desk.
Management Responsibility: Delivery Coordinator will be in charge of the Assistant Delivery Coordinator. This position will be responsible for leading and coaching the Assistant Delivery Coordinator on proper procedure and interaction with customers.
Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for a minimum of two years.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or equivalent proficiency
