Wow! From my salesman Ronnie in athe Athens ga store to McKinley in delivery to Chris Maddox in technical support, they all have been tremendous! Ga spa’s customer service has been impeccable! My electrician wired our tub backwards so I called Ronnie on his day off he made several calls to have a technician call me. Then Chris Maddox the technician called and walked me through how to change the wiring while on his way home AFTER WORK!!! He wouldn’t let me turn it on until he approved the wiring from my photos !!!! We love our spa and the service was unbelievable!!! Thanks Ronnie and a Spa!

I received exceptional assistance from two amazing employees, Nikell Webster and Chris Maddox. They were able to assist me over the phone and Nikell in person to help get my Hot Tub up and running. We inherited the Hot Tub when we purchased the house and I had never dealt with a salt, hot tub before they were awesome in walking me through how to reset and establish the correct balance in the water. thank you so much for all of your help Nikell and Chris. Tim is the guy to see here. He was never pushy, and he has clearly implemented the qualities he learned in his service as a US Marine into his sales position. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, honest, patient, and kind. He answered all of our questions and guided us in making the best choices for what we were looking for. Tim referred us to a number of different professionals to help with fencing, concrete, and electrical work - all of whom were equally professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Tim has continued to check in with us as our project progressed, and he always offered to help in any way he could. I feel like our family has new friend that we can trust and reach out to with any issues. This process was so easy because of him, and I know he got us this best deal possible. We did a lot of research and visited at least 4 retailers before going with Georgia Spa. The whole process from purchase to install to setup was seamless and every person at GS seemed to take personal responsibility to make us feel supported. The delivery team was very professional and got that beast of a tub 8 feet up up on our deck. The customer support is/was especially responsive and were there through my anxiety during the first 2 weeks to get the water "in balance". I trusted social media reviews and they turned out to be spot on.

Listened to me, explained options and helped me make the right choice for me. I have a 25 year old Hot Springs hot tub (says a lot about their products and service right there) and has served me well, but it is 25 years old. I did not want to spend good money on a product this age. He walked me weigh out the options to make a good decision. Very happy all around. Thank you Hunter! I recently purchased a sauna from Georgia Spa Company, and I had an amazing experience working with Leo and Ronnie. They were top-notch sales reps—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They made the buying process smooth and enjoyable by answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. As for the delivery team, they were very friendly and respectful. Great guys overall, and I appreciated their attitude and professionalism. However, there were a few minor issues with the delivery experience. Initially, the sauna was placed with visible gaps on each side, which my brother noticed and pointed out but the guys came back and fixed it asap. Also, due to the installers’ size, they weren’t able to get on top of the sauna to plug in the lighting on top, so I ended up doing it myself—which wasn’t a big deal, but worth mentioning. After the installation, we had to do some cleanup, including dirt and grass tracked in and some leftover debris in the driveway like wood chunks and styrofoam from the pallet. Again, nothing major, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service provided. I even gave the delivery team some snacks as a thank-you. I would absolutely recommend Georgia Spa Company, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Leo and Ronnie!
