Delivery was excellent. The team assigned for our hot tub drop off had to make 2 trips to our home and went above and beyond to ensure that our tub was carefully placed on our patio. Chris came for our orientation and was courteous and knowledgeable while helping us prepare and balance our water. He completely drained and replaced the water, thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior, and made sure everything was properly checked and running smoothly. I would definitely buy from Georgia Spa Company again! It hasn’t been without bumps; however, I really trust the people there especially Merritt, Chris and Teresa! They are easy to talk to, and they’ve handled any issues I’ve had. They also do my spa valet and Everardo is amazing!
