No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. He took the time to explain the “Why” I needed certain chemicals to be in balance with other chemicals, and how they can positively or negatively impact my spa system, maintenance and cost. Mainly PH and Phosphate/ Chlorine working together 👍great info. Thank you Carter!

I bought a hot springs spa from Georgia Spa Company on Labor Day. Carter helped me with my purchase. Since then Carter has helped me get my chemicals in the spa perfect. I have high phosphorus in my Aiken city water since I’m close to the second oldest golf course in the country. Because of the phosphorus eating my chlorine I’ve had a small challenge. Carter recognized the problem and helped me fix it. I would highly recommend Georgia Spa company and definitely try to get Carter. He really knows his stuff.
