We did a lot of research and visited at least 4 retailers before going with Georgia Spa. The whole process from purchase to install to setup was seamless and every person at GS seemed to take personal responsibility to make us feel supported. The delivery team was very professional and got that beast of a tub 8 feet up up on our deck. The customer support is/was especially responsive and were there through my anxiety during the first 2 weeks to get the water "in balance". I trusted social media reviews and they turned out to be spot on.

Great service call completed by Hunter today. Outstanding technician all around. Called in advance of coming to give me and ETA. Professional and confident approach when he arrived. Listened to me, explained options and helped me make the right choice for me. I have a 25 year old Hot Springs hot tub (says a lot about their products and service right there) and has served me well, but it is 25 years old. I did not want to spend good money on a product this age. He walked me weigh out the options to make a good decision. Very happy all around. Thank you Hunter! Cody and the delivery crew were just as impressive. Cody was incredibly accommodating in placing the hot tub exactly where I wanted it, walked me through the cleaning and maintenance process, and was genuinely kind throughout. I recently purchased a sauna from Georgia Spa Company, and I had an amazing experience working with Leo and Ronnie. They were top-notch sales reps—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They made the buying process smooth and enjoyable by answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. As for the delivery team, they were very friendly and respectful. Great guys overall, and I appreciated their attitude and professionalism. However, there were a few minor issues with the delivery experience. Initially, the sauna was placed with visible gaps on each side, which my brother noticed and pointed out but the guys came back and fixed it asap. Also, due to the installers’ size, they weren’t able to get on top of the sauna to plug in the lighting on top, so I ended up doing it myself—which wasn’t a big deal, but worth mentioning. After the installation, we had to do some cleanup, including dirt and grass tracked in and some leftover debris in the driveway like wood chunks and styrofoam from the pallet. Again, nothing major, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service provided. I even gave the delivery team some snacks as a thank-you. I would absolutely recommend Georgia Spa Company, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Leo and Ronnie!

They realize this is a big investment and guided us in the right direction. I would like to acknowledge Zach who came to our house to give a Wet Orientation.
