We have another HUGE shoutout to the GA SPA Company! Jeff from the service team came up to Clayton GA yesterday to replace the 20 amp breaker which allowed the heater to begin working properly. This morning, Nikil from the Buford store, spent a long time on the phone walking us through the steps to add the initial start up chemicals & how to use the test strips. The service team who delivered and installed our new cover today were also AWESOME! Quack, Owen & Claxton were great to work with. Quack went over & beyond to explain and the do’s and don’ts required to have the hot tub run and how to operate the cover properly. He went through the settings & tested the water 2x’s to show us where the correct levels should be. We are so excited to be able to use our new Hot Springs Aria hot tub for the first time tonight! Kuddos again to the GA Spa Company! They provided excellent customer service across all of its employees & department teams who work together to make things work. We had a wonderful experience with GA Spa! We called them out for a full spa cleaning, and Noah did an outstanding job from start to finish. He completely drained and replaced the water, thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior, and made sure everything was properly checked and running smoothly. What really stood out was his professionalism—he was very polite, knowledgeable, and even took the time to call me afterward to go over a few important items and recommendations. I had Mr Hunter come and do a thorough check up on my R500 today. He didn't find anything wrong and walked me through what probably occurred to cause the service call. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I am comfortable with the reasonable explanation he provided. Very good service call. Thank y'all 😉
