Home to Georgia Spa's corporate offices, the Outlet & Service Center coordinates all deliveries for Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas, Endless Pools swim spas and modular pools, Tylo and Dundalk Saunas, and Hot Spring Cold Plunges. The Outlet & Service Center also processes and schedules spa moves, hot tub repairs and valet cleanings in addition to operating as the Certified Pre-Owned refurb location and showroom.

Chris came for our orientation and was courteous and knowledgeable while helping us prepare and balance our water. He showed us all of the tub’s features and gave us many helpful tips to use in the future. We’re very happy being a customer of Georgia Spa Company!

He was extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to see a manager show that level of accountability and dedication to customer service. Destry truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for his commitment to making things right.

After one year I am finally doing my review. I give Georgia a spa five stars. Sean was very professional when he sold me my hot tub. The guys that came to set it up were very good. Absolutely no complaints which is unusual today. Definitely recommend this company.

On-time delivery, incredibly friendly staff and deliverymen who installed quickly and efficiently. Gave us all the info we needed for maintenance, and chemicals. Highly recommend!
Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very attentive and answered every question I had and provided a lot of information in a manner that was easy to understand and remember. He was able to give me the number to an electrician that would be able to fix the issue that I have.
Nick did a fantastic job fixing the recirculation pump on my Pulse Hot Tub. He also took the time to coach me up on how to better mange my water chemistry to minimize this type of failure in the future. Great ownership. Great competence. Much appreciated.
