Georgia Spa Company has taken wonderful care of me and my spa! It has been a wonderful experience from purchase, to installation, to maintenance. I love the valet service, and Jason has been an amazing technician servicing my spa. He gave me great advice on how to best maintain my hot tub and added a very personal touch to the service. Delivery was excellent. The team assigned for our hot tub drop off had to make 2 trips to our home and went above and beyond to ensure that our tub was carefully placed on our patio. Chris came for our orientation and was courteous and knowledgeable while helping us prepare and balance our water. He showed us all of the tub’s features and gave us many helpful tips to use in the future. We’re very happy being a customer of Georgia Spa Company!

We had a wonderful experience with GA Spa! We called them out for a full spa cleaning, and Noah did an outstanding job from start to finish. He completely drained and replaced the water, thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior, and made sure everything was properly checked and running smoothly. What really stood out was his professionalism—he was very polite, knowledgeable, and even took the time to call me afterward to go over a few important items and recommendations. I have a cabin with a spa that was getting a little long in the tooth and leaking. I initially had Georgia Spa doing monthly service checks, and when the rest of the problems started I got a hold of them to see about servicing. It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. I am very happy with their service and support and am especially impressed by the communication that they give me regarding upcoming visits and the diagnostics of what they find when working on the spa. A+ outfit.
