We had a serviceman from your company come out today to service our hot tub. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question with competence and kindness. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name however her serviced our hot tub on old Highway 64 E Hayesville NC at 2 pm. I hope he gets this recognition. His name was possible Gene or Gary.

We just experienced excellent service from Georgia Spa for a minor issue with our Hot Spring spa. Jeff was our service technician and was professional, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations for customer service. We so appreciated Jeff’s people skills and sincerity and Georgia Spa is fortunate to have Jeff as part of the team! (BTW - we love our spa at least twice daily!!)

We’ve had a great experience buying our hot tub from Georgia Spa. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, from Ashley in sales to Cody and the install crew. I was impressed on how they were able to install a 1000 pound hot tub right where I wanted it on our patio deck. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Georgia Spa Co. We just finished our orientation with Jeff. I learned there’s a little more to our hot tub maintenance than I thought but Jeff did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. Georgia Spa continues to impress!

Jeff is a very knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the many leak problems and fixed them very quickly. He discovered some issues that date back to the spa's installation 7 years ago, when installed by the prior store owners. I am very satisfied with the service that Jeff provided and that I received received today.

Reconnecting our hot tub after a home renovation... We discovered we had a leak. The technician (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and thorough.... He found the culprit and showed us pictures. The next step is for us to hear back as to whether this can be sufficiently repaired or not. So far this company has been professional and efficient and I look forward to their follow up.
