We had a serviceman from your company come out today to service our hot tub. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question with competence and kindness. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name however her serviced our hot tub on old Highway 64 E Hayesville NC at 2 pm. I hope he gets this recognition. His name was possible Gene or Gary.

We purchased a HotSpring tub a couple years ago and have had trouble getting it in balance ever since. The new owners based out of North Atlanta have been very responsive and being a level of knowledge and expertise to the company that is much appreciated. They've educated us on techniques and tips and answered questions to help us solve some issues. The spa expert Merritt took time to walk us through some things and was superb to work with.

We just experienced excellent service from Georgia Spa for a minor issue with our Hot Spring spa. Jeff was our service technician and was professional, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations for customer service. We so appreciated Jeff’s people skills and sincerity and Georgia Spa is fortunate to have Jeff as part of the team! (BTW - we love our spa at least twice daily!!)

Great company and customer service. Jeff was super professional, helpful and most importantly honest Have high end spa but starting to get a bit older. Company understanding of situationally replacing or repairing and guided me through keeping it in tip top shape. Also Jeff sent in depth video of the fix and properly functioning spa

Reconnecting our hot tub after a home renovation... We discovered we had a leak. The technician (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and thorough.... He found the culprit and showed us pictures. The next step is for us to hear back as to whether this can be sufficiently repaired or not. So far this company has been professional and efficient and I look forward to their follow up.

Hot tub broke on a Friday. Called and left a message to schedule a service call. Got a call back Friday at five and scheduled an appointment the following week. The technician Who came out (Jeff) was professional and efficient and fixed the problem in short order. Fantastic customer service and professionalism.
