Danyel is the best. Very knowledgeable about Hot Springs and Caldera products. Helped us pick out the hot tub that is best for us...the Caldera Martinique. Bent over backwards for us on every detail from product info to reviewing the contract and set up details. Our Jacuzzi is 16 years old and on its last leg. Danyel has put us in a new salt water system and we are so excited. Explaining how the new systems are so easy to maintain was amazing. Will make life so much easier. We can't wait to take the first plunge in our new Caldera. I highly recommend that if you want a new hot tub or need an upgrade, go see Danyel. You won't regret it!

We had a serviceman from your company come out today to service our hot tub. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question with competence and kindness. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name however her serviced our hot tub on old Highway 64 E Hayesville NC at 2 pm. I hope he gets this recognition. His name was possible Gene or Gary.

Accolades for the fine work Jeff Daniel from Georgia Spa Company did on our hot tub today. We had guests coming who were planning to enjoy our spa, but as all things go, the spa quit working. Jeff showed up early in the day and quickly found the problem. He came prepared, had the part on his truck and had us up and running right away. Jeff was very knowledgeable of our unit and was so pleasant to us while he worked. We are so grateful for a job well done. He saved the day!

We’ve had a great experience buying our hot tub from Georgia Spa. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, from Ashley in sales to Cody and the install crew. I was impressed on how they were able to install a 1000 pound hot tub right where I wanted it on our patio deck. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Georgia Spa Co. We just finished our orientation with Jeff. I learned there’s a little more to our hot tub maintenance than I thought but Jeff did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. Georgia Spa continues to impress!

Discovered a leak with our hot tub. Called Georgia Spa Company to schedule a technician to evaluate the problem. Jeff contacted me indicating he was on his way and would be there in approximately 1 hour. Jeff arrived on time and found the issue immediately, which append to be a loose supply hose and reconnected the hose and checked the pump and motor. Everything is working fine now. My thanks to Jeff and Georgia Spa Company.

Reconnecting our hot tub after a home renovation... We discovered we had a leak. The technician (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and thorough.... He found the culprit and showed us pictures. The next step is for us to hear back as to whether this can be sufficiently repaired or not. So far this company has been professional and efficient and I look forward to their follow up.

Today my Ga Spa technician showed up to try and find a leak. With-in minutes he was able to discovery the leak and do a quick fix. Also took the time to test my water and we added whatever it needed to keep nice and clean. Thank you Tim for your professionalism and friendly care to take care of your customers. Highly recommend asking for Tim if you need a technician at your home.

We just experienced excellent service from Georgia Spa for a minor issue with our Hot Spring spa. Jeff was our service technician and was professional, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations for customer service. We so appreciated Jeff’s people skills and sincerity and Georgia Spa is fortunate to have Jeff as part of the team! (BTW - we love our spa at least twice daily!!)
