We purchased a HotSpring tub a couple years ago and have had trouble getting it in balance ever since. The new owners based out of North Atlanta have been very responsive and being a level of knowledge and expertise to the company that is much appreciated. They've educated us on techniques and tips and answered questions to help us solve some issues. The spa expert Merritt took time to walk us through some things and was superb to work with.

We bought a Caldera Spa from GA Spa. We had to get some repairs and Jeff came out very fast and fixed the issue. Originally I was told it could take up to a week or more since it had to go through warrranty but they definitely went above and beyond to get it fixed in a few days.

Just stopped by Georgia Spa since they bought it. Staff was very helpful and they had all my spa chemicals and supplies in stock. Good to know I don’t have to find a new supplier for my needs. Thank you.
