Cody and his team walked me through how to run and maintain everything and stayed involved to ensure it got up and running after an issue with a breaker and a blown fuse. 100% recommend

Shannon was very patient, friendly, and helpful. She helped me find the right hot tub for our rental cabin very efficiently. She was honest and did not push me toward higher end models. I have switched my business from a competitor and would recommend her highly to anyone.

I purchased a hot tub several years ago from Spa and Deck Creations. Even today when I have questions or need something additional Shannon is very quick to help guide and advise. She is very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and equipment. On the rare occasion that I have asked a question that she did not immediately know the answer she has called the manufacturer to get answers. If I ever consider another hot tub I will definitely be calling Shannon to begin talking about all of the options.
