Blue Ridge Reviews

New to the area. Our new house has a hot tub and everything about it is new to us. We went in and got a quick hot tub 101 lesson. Purchased some chemicals to shock the water. No up selling. Glad to help a local business. Will be back for more supplies and advise.
Erica was great very knowledgeable and helpfull came on for chemicals and in love with the Sauna’s.
Erica McCoy in the Blue Ridge store was very helpful for teaching me about how to test and maintain the water in my new hot tub!
Erica was amazing and so knowledgeable. We have previously gone to the other place in town, but we will be coming here exclusively from now on.
Erica was extremely helpful in identifying my issue and recommending solutions. I will definitely return for all service issues.
