Great experience with Taylor and Georgia Spa Company! We Inquired about a new spa several weeks back and Taylor helped guide us to the spa that fit our lifestyle and budget. Taylor sent us all the information we needed before we came in on a Sunday to see the spas that matched our needs. Georgia Spa Company even lets you try a spa experience out in the wet when you come in. She spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and helping us! Purchased a used Hot Springs Spa from Nicole. From start to finish, Nicole made whole process very easy and was very helpful post installation. She was and continues to be available to answer questions. Nicole’s white gloved approach to me as a customer is rare these days. I’m very pleased with Quack, Derek and Tee that came out for my “spa move”. Very professional, honest, kind and thorough. Quack made sure that the spa was situated properly on the platform with enough room for our stairs. He also went above and beyond making sure it was even on both sides of the platform. If you can request these men when your spa is delivered or move, I would request them.

I had a fantastic and seamless buying experience at Georgia Spa Company. Nicole, the sales rep who initially greeted me, guided me to the hot tub that met all of my needs and talked me through the features. They had a great sale going on and it was too good of a deal to pass up so I bought it on the spot even though I had only intended to be window shopping. The delivery was also smooth! I only had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The delivery crew called ahead, were on time, and set up everything smoothly with no issues. They also gave me a great orientation on how to get it up and running and how to maintain it. I was very happy with my whole experience and with my new hot tub. I intend to enjoy it for years to come.
