GA Spa Company gave me an outstanding experience! Nicole was my sales person, and she made me feel very comfortable purchasing from her and her store. She answered all my questions, and was very patient with me on making my purchase. When I'm ready to upgrade my tub, I'm definitely coming back to GA Spa Company. The delivery crew was very professional and handled my delivery quickly and made it look so easy. The electrical company that GA Spa Company used was freaking Awesome! Everyone was very neat, clean, organized, professional, and also had great communication from the beginning! If you're in the market for a Spa or anything else, definitely go to GA Spa and ask for Nicole.

I had a fantastic and seamless buying experience at Georgia Spa Company. Nicole, the sales rep who initially greeted me, guided me to the hot tub that met all of my needs and talked me through the features. They had a great sale going on and it was too good of a deal to pass up so I bought it on the spot even though I had only intended to be window shopping. The delivery was also smooth! I only had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The delivery crew called ahead, were on time, and set up everything smoothly with no issues. They also gave me a great orientation on how to get it up and running and how to maintain it. I was very happy with my whole experience and with my new hot tub. I intend to enjoy it for years to come.

Our experience was great from the moment we walked into the Newnan location and Nicole walked us through all different types of spas and the features. The ordering/financing was easy and the delivery and installation were handled professionally. Nicole was super helpful after installation and we had no idea how long to expect the initial “heat up” would take. She took time out of her day to help educate me further. This is a great place to shop for spa whether you’re a novice or a long time spa owner.

I truly cannot express sufficient respect and gratitude I have for this company, its president David Baker, and their Newnan store Sales Pro; Mike Ruffolo, for the totally unexpected follow through I received after an honest misunderstanding (on my part) led to my hasty assumption about terms involving a Hotsprings hot tub purchase. Both Mike & David went out of their way to patiently explain some easily confusing language that Costco unfortunately employs in roadshow promotional events, that Georgia Spa Company has no control over. I cannot ever recall witnessing such prompt professional customer service that went well beyond expectations. I have only visited the Newnan store, but my experience so far strongly suggests that the same first class business ethic exists throughout the retail chain. Highly recommended!
