  • USPS observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Please take into account these holidays when estimating order arrival.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification and occasionally this verification may delay your order.

  • Once your order has been verified you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships you will receive a separate order shipped email with your tracking information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.

Split Shipments
Due to varying item availability, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Free Shipping on Most Orders Over $100
Receive the option for free Standard Shipping to any address in the continental United States on orders totaling $100.00 or higher. Certain items (i.e. - Freshwater Spa Salt) are not eligible for Free Shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories are not eligible for Free Shipping. Shipping and handling charges, fees, and taxes are not included in calculating eligibility for Free Shipping. Using other promotional coupon codes may nullify free shipping option as offers cannot be combined. Heavy Items, including FreshWater Spa Salt, are NOT ELIGIBLE for free shipping. Heavy items can only be shipped within the state of Georgia, and shipping costs will apply based on weight. Heavy items will be noted on the product page.

Big Green Egg Items & Packages
Big Green Egg items and packages are EXCLUDED from any online offer, coupon code or discount. Big Green Egg items and packages are NOT ELIGIBLE to be shipped. Local delivery within 20 miles of a Georgia Spa Company showroom is available. To determine if local delivery option is available, enter address on cart page. If local delivery is not available, customer may elect to pick up e-store purchases of Big Green Egg packages at select Georgia Spa Company showrooms. Packages also available for purchase by visiting or calling any Georgia Spa Company showroom location.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after 2 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to any United States, US Territory (including Puerto Rico), or APO/FPO address. Heavy items can only be shipped within the state of Georgia. We currently do not ship to international addresses.

Changing Shipping Destination
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping destination once you have submitted an order.

Shipping Hazardous and Restricted Materials
Federal and state regulations prohibit the transport and/or sale of certain materials.

EZ Valet Program Scheduling
Once you submit your EZ Valet order, a Georgia Spa Company staff member will be in contact as soon as possible (Monday-Friday) to schedule your first appointment, schedule additional payments (if applicable) and note any special requests or service notes.

EZ Valet Program Disclaimer
Purchasing an EZ Valet Care Service through the Georgia Spa Company E-Store serves as an agreement between the customer and Georgia Spa Company to perform selected EZ Valet Care Services on the customer's hot tub/swim spa/sauna as indicated by the selected plan from the date order has been submitted. Valet Service contract charges will be processed immediately for single visit service or annually on the 1st of the month during which an annual service plan was established. Online payment is for initial service. A Georgia Spa Company staff member will be in contact as soon as possible (Monday-Friday) to schedule service and additional payments (if applicable). Chosen plan and/or service agreements will automatically renew unless customer notifies Georgia Spa Company in writing that I wish to change or cancel my service option by the 25th of the month preceding the next month's scheduled service. Customer understands their selected EZ package or service does not include any hot tub repair, maintenance, or warranty services of any parts, plumbing controls or other service that would normally be covered by the manufacturer's warranty or performed by a certified spa technician. Chemicals are not included in the contract prices. Chemicals will be delivered when the EZ Valet service is performed and billed separately to the credit card on file. EZ Valet service contracts charges will be processed on the 1st of the month during which the service is being performed. The EZ Valet coordinator will schedule the first appointment, any subsequent appointments, and note any special requests or service notes. Discounts on chemicals, filters and parts are as follows: 10% when selecting the Advanced Care plan, 15% off when selecting the Premium Care plan. Discounts are eligible for chemicals billed at time of service. Discounts are not eligible on separate E-Store purchases. All service trip fees are waived for both the Advanced Care and Premium Care plans. Chemicals delivered at time of service only. Georgia Spa Company EZ Valet technicians will only use uses chemicals purchased from Georgia Spa Company. Balancing chemicals are $1 per ounce.
