Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Saunas in Buford, GA

We recently purchased a Tylo Halmstad 4 traditional sauna from Georgia Spa Company in Buford and had a fantastic experience. Nikell, our sales associate, took excellent care of us and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The sales experience was great, and the follow-up communication has been top-notch. We highly recommend Nikell and the team at Georgia Spa Company!

We purchased our hot tub from the Buford location and absolutely love it! The past year or so Andrew has been our valet tech and the spa has never looked better. It's pristine, balanced, and always ready to enjoy. Andrew is communicative, on time, and respectful of the property; we are thrilled he's our valet tech and hope he isn't ever assigned elsewhere. Thanks for all you do, we appreciate you Andrew!

Can't say enough about my experience here. The entire staff is awesome, even on my first visit when I was really just window shopping. I came in with no real prior knowledge and they walked me through the whole process. Everything from general information, sales, delivery, and my needs since delivery have been awesome - any questions I have they are available to help! Cherry was awesome at helping find what fit my needs, and even knew before I did (I ended up with the first spa she showed me). Highly recommended for anyone whether you are just looking or are ready to purchase.

The nicest bunch of folks I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a while! Like having a conversation with a friend, no pressure, easy going, provided information so that I didn't need to ask questions. Jodi was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable meeting with her, she is awesome. I especially appreciate how professional and well-organized Jodi is! Teresa, the delivery coordinator, and Justin and his crew that delivered our tub and set it up, all did a fantastic job. They're a good team! They were on time and no issues at all. I could not be more pleased with the purchase, as well as the delivery and set up process. Exceptional crew! Thank you 😊 Five stars? I need an extra one!

I had an amazing experience with Nikel! She was able to give me a couple of quotes on different models. I felt very comfortable working with her. I was able to get both a cold plunge and sauna that I am very happy with. Also the delivery team and all the supporting staff members have been wonderful!

My experience with Nikell was outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The spas and their new technology is incredible and Nikell took the time to show me everything that I needed to know in a clear way. I highly recommend stopping by to see her and feel completely unrushed while understanding exactly what you are purchasing.
