Stopped in to look at hot tubs after doing some research online and narrowing it down to a few options. Candy was my sales rep, and she was fantastic. She clearly explained the differences between each model/series and where spending extra money would give the best return on investment. With so many options out there, it really helps to have someone break it down in a way that makes sense for your needs. I especially appreciate a salesperson who listens and doesn’t push based on price alone. I was short on time, so I asked her to prepare a few quotes and email them to me. I had them within 30 minutes, which allowed me to review everything with my wife that evening and make a decision. Candy told me to text her that night—no matter the time—and she would handle the paperwork and secure the specific tub we wanted in inventory. We ended up buying the tub well after the store was closed, which was incredibly convenient and made for an awesome experience. Lastly, the delivery team was excellent. Theresa coordinated everything and confirmed details the day before. The crew arrived on time and even gave a 30-minute heads-up. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left the area just as they found it. John Ellison and his team answered all my questions, so by the time they left, I felt completely confident getting started.
