Big decision to buy a hot tub for Christmas, but my sales girl at the Kennesaw store, Donna has been the best for answering all my questions and making us comfortable with our decisions; from which one is best for us to what is needed to get our hot tub delivered and set up! They are very organized and have recommended some of the best contractors too for us to add a deck! Very pleased with our decision to go with them.

Donna and I sat for about an hour plus, she went through every detail and options possible for me. She is super knowledgeable in this industry. It wasn’t about selling me the most expensive hot tub, she helped me stay in my price range and helped decide on what fit my vision and price range best. Glad I made the decision and moved forward! I had a new sauna installed. There were issues with the install. I posted about those issues and I have to say the response from Ga Spa was outstanding!!! The CEO txted me on Sunday morning. He cares!! He had his team here at 9:00 am on Monday and they made everything right. Mistakes happen. Nothing is perfect. When mistakes happen it’s the response that is important and this company’s response was above and beyond!!! Great company with leaders in place that sincerely care about their service and products. I definately recommend this organization and am confident in their products and services. Their sales professional “Joe” is also an amazing sales guy. I’ve been in medical sales for >30 years and have rarely run into such a professional sales person. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
