Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Saunas in Lake Oconee

After the local indoor pool was closed, we started looking for another way to swim. We checked out the swim spa at Georgia Spa Company in Lake Oconee. We were able to try out the pool in the store and get comfortable with swimming in it before deciding to purchase it. It was installed and up and running in no time. Dawn and Rich have been wonderful to work with and helped me learn how to maintain the pool.

I began the hot tub journey communicating with Colleen online. She was very helpful and professional. We decided to venture to Lake Oconee and see these in person. Rich was equally amazing! He was patient and met our needs. We came home and discussed what we wanted and I was able to purchase with Rich over the phone! We are so excited to get our tub! Both of these folks get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

After purchasing our hot tub/spa, we signed up for valet service because this is our lake house retreat and we preferred to have the experts looking after our hot tub so it would be in top notch working order. It is such a pleasure when we arrive to know the hot tub and the water-chemical balance has already been handled and we don’t have to worry with it. Drew is the greatest and he has been so easy to work with, and because of Drew using our hot tub is just that much more enjoyable.

My wife and I visited the Eatonton, GA store this morning. We were interested in a sauna and Richard Feggeler could not have been more helpful. He answered all of our questions in a way that gave us great confidence in our final buying decision. His felt like more than just a sales pitch. Richard was very personable and easy to talk with and we are excited about our purchase. We were warmly welcomed and it was a pleasure coming into the store. We felt valued and appreciated when we left. It’s great having a store of this quality and caliber in the Lake Country community.

My spa is gorgeous. Rich has been so easy to work with. It took us a while to make our final decision, but he patiently waited and was quick to respond to questions. The delivery and set up were on time and the people who delivered the spa were professional. We also used their preferred electrician, and his team was outstanding. Can’t say enough about what a great experience this has been. I just LOVE our hot tub!

Hunter is an exceptional hot tub technician. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our leak, and corrected the alignment of our new cover. Additionally, he answered my many questions and provided useful recommendations about my hot tub operation and maintenance. And, I was completely impressed about his depth of knowledge, and his highly friendly and pleasant attitude!
