For nearly two years, Carter has helped customers find the perfect products for their homes while bringing enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach to the showroom every day. From his favorite spa to his dream backyard setup, get to know Carter a little better!
What do you do day-to-day?
I assist future clients with finding the perfect hot tub for them!
What's your favorite part of the job?
Meeting new people every day.

What's a customer interaction that has stuck with you?
Karen and Rick Stone gave me a thoughtful thank-you card as well as some homemade cakes! They were so kind and grateful, and it was a pleasure to assist them.
What's one of the most common questions customers ask you?
"How hard are these to maintain?"
Future owners are usually concerned about the amount of work that goes into owning a hot tub. Fortunately, we offer salt water spas, which can really help simplify the maintenance of their spa.
What's something people should know before buying their first hot tub or swim spa?
While it is a purchase, it is also an investment. It's hard to put a price tag on a better life!

What's your favorite product we sell?
The Flash! I think it's an awesome product at a great price point. I'm also a big fan of the cool-down bench.
If you could build your dream backyard using Georgia Spa Company products, what would you include?
An E2000 and a Lulea sauna. Everything one could want. Oh, and a cold plunge!
