Why did you decide to work for Georgia Spa Company?
The company invests a lot into their employees and recognizes each individual for their strengths and abilities, which is not something you often see in large companies. The size of the company also allows me the opportunity to experience a broader marketing spectrum and learn more as I grow in my career field.

What was your first job?
I had a small part time job at a pottery studio, but I would say my first real job was at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. I worked as a mixologist at the Bethlehem, Georgia, location for the summer then I transferred to the location near my college, where I became the store manager. I got to travel and sit in on meetings with the CEO as well as discuss upcoming marketing strategies with the marketing director, which I thought was really cool for a college student. That job also helped me land marketing internships with Menchie's and King and Prince Seafood.

Where do you like to vacation?
I like to travel to new places. I like the idea of having no idea what's around the corner and just going for it. I prefer cool hiking spots especially ones with a beautiful view at the end. So I don't have one particular spot I like to travel, but if I had to pick a vacation destination, I would have to be Disney. I have so many memories there as a child having fun with my family.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Sushi! You can never go wrong with sushi, either a roll or bowl with an iced chai to drink.

How do you prefer to spend your time off?
Depends, if it's a rainy day, I like to spend time with my cats and either doodle or read a new book. If it's a nice day, I like to go for a run and then spend my day walking my cats in their cat stroller.

What are three things you have left on your bucket list?
1. Jumping out of an airplane! I want to do this because I am absolutely terrified of it.
2. Go through the police academy and serve a few years as a reserve officer.
3. Open a business to help animals.

What is a TV show you like to re-watch a lot?
My current favorite is the new Netflix hit, Wednesday, but prior to that I always find myself going back to Jane the Virgin. I like movies and tv shows with a good genre mix and a lot of twists and turns which is probably why I enjoy both of the shows so much.

What is your favorite sport?
Competitive cheer is my absolute favorite sport. I did dance and gymnastics growing up and competitive cheer is the perfect blend of both. Some girls from high school and I started our high schools first competitions cheer team which is now a recognized sport at my high school.

What is your hidden talent?
I wouldn't say it's hidden, but I can paint and draw portraits to a certain degree. In my first year competing with my portraits, I got the lowest rank and the following year I took first place. Funny enough, I completely missed the awards presentation because I wanted food. I always pick food. I went on to college to get a degree in art and now paint as a hobby.

What is your favorite movie?
Big Eyes, it's an art based movie.

What is the best advice you've ever gotten?
''If you focus on the semi in the other lane, you'll find yourself going towards it.'' I heard this quote in chapel back in high school, and I have never forgotten its message.

What is something you would tell your 13 year old self?
Don't stress the little things, you'll ruin the moments and the memories.

What is your favorite quote?
I have two. ''Believe only half of what you see and nothing that you hear,'' - Edgar Allan Poe

''The art challenges the technology and the technology inspires the art,'' - John Lasseter

Do you have any pets?
I have two cats I rescued. My oldest, Pumpkin, is an all black cat. I was leaving the Brunswick Theatre when my friend pointed out two kittens, and I made my friend turn the car around. I saw an all black kitten, and I have always wanted an all black cat. Thanks to some leftover crackers in the car, we were able to catch him. Unfortunately, his sibling got away from us. Pumpkin is what we call a Covid-19 baby, which means he got so used to me being home that now he doesn't like to be alone.

A year later in 2020, I was leaving work and due to the rain I decided to take a different way home. As I was driving I heard a loud crying and saw a kitten in the middle of the road. I jumped out of my car and grabbed him. We took him to the vet, where they lost him, and two weeks later, we found him again and brought him home.

The 2022 employee appreciation rafting trip, when my whole boat flipped on its side and everyone except myself went into the water.

What's your favorite hot tub?
I am very short and like more compact spaces, so the Jetsetter is my top choice!
