Glen
Sanford joined Georgia Spa Company in July 2022 after moving from Austin, Texas, to Alpharetta, Georgia with his family. Glen's lifelong love of hot tubs and
the art of serving others through sales - plus a quick internet search - brought him to the Alpharetta showroom, where he joined the Georgia Spa team first
as a Sales Associate and now as a Sales Pro.
Why did
you decide to work for Georgia Spa Company?
I've always loved hot tubs for relaxation, but
after a car accident, using my tub daily healed my whiplash completely and I
became a power user. With our move to Georgia, I was ready for a new career
challenge and was thrilled to become part of the GSC team and help others to
experience the benefits of hot tub ownership.

I love
working with a
company whose mission of excellence in quality and service
are aligned with my own.
What is
your favorite memory with Georgia Spa Company?
My
wife, Jane, and I, were really excited about meeting everyone at the company
functions at the Georgia Club, including the Casino night. It was fun to put
the faces together with the names.
What
was your first job?
My first job was as a Ride Foreman of some
very popular rides at Astroworld, an amusement park in Houston, Texas.
What's
your favorite Hot Tub and why?
My favorite hot tub is the new 2023 Hot Spring Envoy. The pluses of the Envoy for me is
the new size with the two Moto-Massage jets, the wrist jets and the Captain's
chair and definitely with a Smartop. A
mighty fine tub!
Where
do you like to vacation?
I like
to vacation anywhere with a great view of the ocean. My favorites include Moorea (French Polynesia), Corolla (North Carolina), Costa Rica and Kauai (Hawaii).
If you
had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
The one meal that I
could eat every day of my life is an easy answer. Texas BBQ smoked brisket. It's what the angels eat in heaven.
How do
you prefer to spend your time off?
My time off is doing anything with my family
and friends.
What is
a TV show you like to re-watch a lot?
Any of the TV shows or movies that I worked on
as an Assistant Director.
What is
your hidden talent?
I'm
exceptionally adept at booking reservations for amazing trips and vacations.
Who is
your favorite musician?
Pat Metheny would have to be my favorite.
What is
your favorite movie?
The Holiday.
What is
the best advice you've ever gotten?
Always "Create The Possibility"
What is
something you would tell your 13 year old self?
Nothing is impossible. The only limits are the ones you put on
yourself.
