Georgia Spa Company was excited to partner with U.S. and Georgia Radio Hall of Famer Neal Boortz with the purchase of his new hot tub! Boortz, now an owner of a Hot Spring Spas Jetsetter NXT, can be heard talking about his Georgia Spa Company experience on WSB Radio News 95.5 FM and AM750. Boortz can also be followed on Twitter @Talkmaster, where he occasionally will tweet about his hot tub lifestyle. After 42 years of talk radio, Boortz went into retirement but never lost his passion for the business by maintaining a podcast and daily commentaries on WSB Radio. Additionally, Boortz can occasionally be heard on the radio when he fills in as host of The Herman Cain Show.
Prior to His Hot Spring Spa:
Boortz has been a hot tubber for more than two decades, but now he is experiencing wellness with a Hot Spring spa.
“It’s the best spa we’ve ever owned over 20 years of spa ownership,” said Boortz.
Here’s a picture of his previous spa. In early December 2015, Boortz knew it was about time to look for a new one when he tweeted:
“Wood frame of my spa is rotting. Will get real when it collapses and 500 gallons of 102 degree water pours down the side of our high rise.”
There was never a great flood from above, but a couple weeks later the spa was being broken apart and removed from Boortz’s 17th floor deck.
Boortz Visits Georgia Spa Company in Buford:
With the old spa on the way out, Boortz began doing his research on a replacement and started looking into Hot Spring Spas. On a trip to Atlanta, he made a stop in at Georgia Spa Company’s Buford Showroom and met with General Manager Josh Kemerling.
After a tour of the showroom and talking through different hot tub options, the decision was made – a Hot Spring Jetsetter NXT!
Delivery of Boortz’s Jetsetter NXT:
The next step? Determine how to deliver a hot tub to the 17th floor deck. Georgia Spa has done multiple crane deliveries, but that wouldn’t be necessary this time around. In fact, as with all its customers, Georgia Spa went through many of the options to consider when purchasing a hot tub including the space available, size of the spa and what will be needed to deliver it. The Jetsetter NXT not only offered what Boortz was looking in a spa, but it also was the appropriate size for the deck and for the delivery – fitting just inside the condo’s elevator.
Living with Wellness in a Hot Spring Spa:
Boortz continues to share his hot tub journey through his Twitter account, podcast and testimonies about his experience with Georgia Spa Company and the Jetsetter NXT – especially his enjoyment of the ACE Salt Water System.
Boortz even sends out tweets while in the spa!
“Early tee time. Loosen up in my new spa. Wunnerful @GeorgiaSpaComp“
