My husband and I worked with Glen Sanford to buy a salt water hot tub. He was very knowledgeable about the product and listened to our needs throughly. He gave us all the additional information about the model we wanted. He was patient with us since did not buy right away. He informed us about the holiday sale and at the time we were ready to buy. We actually went with one size bigger because of the sale prices. He made the whole experience 5 stars! I will recommend him to others!

Glen Sanford helped us purchase our new hot tub. We inherited our old one with our house so never went through the selection process before. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He worked with us to maximize the current promotion and we never felt pressured to add items we didn't want. He had excellent follow up and was great with all of our questions.

We purchased a swim spa at GA Spa Company this June. Glen Sanford and the GA Spa Company team were incredible. From the moment I walked into Georgia Spa Company I felt welcomed and taken care of. Larry my consultant was incredible! He took a lot of time to educate me on the different types of spa’s, the benefits of a salt water system and helped me fully understand the benefits of spa ownership. There is no comparison between in terms of customer service…I really didn’t even consider other options!

When we first met Larry, we had many questions about potential spas in terms of technical details (like cleaning, maintenance, etc.) as well as general questions about how to place a potential tub. Because of his industry knowledge and experience, he was able to not only help us get the answers to our questions but also help us chose the right spa AND gave us confidence that he will be helping us every step along the way once our new spa is delivered.

Great company to work with. After a minor issue the sales team helped resolve the issue extremely quickly on a holiday. The gentlemen delivering all the items did an outstanding job, ensuring I was happy with location and ease of use. The electrician provided was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough.

No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. One of the best purchases we have made.

I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. He took the time to explain the “Why” I needed certain chemicals to be in balance with other chemicals, and how they can positively or negatively impact my spa system, maintenance and cost. Mainly PH and Phosphate/ Chlorine working together 👍great info. Thank you Carter!

I bought a hot springs spa from Georgia Spa Company on Labor Day. Carter helped me with my purchase. Since then Carter has helped me get my chemicals in the spa perfect. I have high phosphorus in my Aiken city water since I’m close to the second oldest golf course in the country. Because of the phosphorus eating my chlorine I’ve had a small challenge. Carter recognized the problem and helped me fix it. I would highly recommend Georgia Spa company and definitely try to get Carter. He really knows his stuff.

I just wanted to thank Melody at the Georgia Spa Augusta location for going above and beyond to recalibrate the Water Analysis system! I come in weekly to get my water tested and when I came in today I was very happy to find out that Melody had taken the extra time out of her work schedule to recalibrate the water Analysis system to insure the results would be accurate!

I just purchased a Caldera Makena yesterday and now wait for the delivery…. I will update after that, but wanted to make sure that I could give the purchase process a great review. I actually went to the store on Friday and Saturday to pick the best option for my needs. Kameron helped us both days and he was very knowledgeable on the different options and gave some good advice on how each one could benefit me. They were very reasonable on price and I am very pleased about the whole experience. I also want to commend them on their Toys for Tots coupon, because it not only helps me save a little money, but more importantly helps a child who may not be as fortunate during this time of year!!

Did a great job, the price quoted is the price paid. None of that this is your cost, plus delivery, plus installation, plus chlorine, etc… The hot tub came in when they said it would and was installed right away. Cody and his team walked me through how to run and maintain everything and stayed involved to ensure it got up and running after an issue with a breaker and a blown fuse. 100% recommend

Miss Christina was fantastic and gave me a discount that was two days late and Miss Donna assisted me and getting the refund also, and Joe was probably the most helpful of all. I have bought two hot tubs from Georgia Spa over the last 15 years and received excellent service from them including a heater replacement under warranty for my first spa. My current Envoy tub has been humming along for 10 years now with only one minor leak issue. IMHO Hot Spring is a quality hot tub and Georgia Spa a quality employee owned dealer.

Stopped in to look at hot tubs after doing some research online and narrowing it down to a few options. Candy was my sales rep, and she was fantastic. She clearly explained the differences between each model/series and where spending extra money would give the best return on investment. With so many options out there, it really helps to have someone break it down in a way that makes sense for your needs. I especially appreciate a salesperson who listens and doesn’t push based on price alone. I was short on time, so I asked her to prepare a few quotes and email them to me. I had them within 30 minutes, which allowed me to review everything with my wife that evening and make a decision. Candy told me to text her that night—no matter the time—and she would handle the paperwork and secure the specific tub we wanted in inventory. We ended up buying the tub well after the store was closed, which was incredibly convenient and made for an awesome experience. Lastly, the delivery team was excellent. Theresa coordinated everything and confirmed details the day before. The crew arrived on time and even gave a 30-minute heads-up. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left the area just as they found it. John Ellison and his team answered all my questions, so by the time they left, I felt completely confident getting started. Save yourself some time and go see Candy at Georgia Spa Company—you’ll likely end up there anyway! Huge thanks to the entire team for making this purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Great experience with Taylor and Georgia Spa Company! We Inquired about a new spa several weeks back and Taylor helped guide us to the spa that fit our lifestyle and budget. Taylor sent us all the information we needed before we came in on a Sunday to see the spas that matched our needs. Georgia Spa Company even lets you try a spa experience out in the wet when you come in. She spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and helping us! We couldn't be more pleased with the service!

GA Spa Company gave me an outstanding experience! Nicole was my sales person, and she made me feel very comfortable purchasing from her and her store. She answered all my questions, and was very patient with me on making my purchase. When I'm ready to upgrade my tub, I'm definitely coming back to GA Spa Company. I’m very pleased with Quack, Derek and Tee that came out for my “spa move”. Very professional, honest, kind and thorough. Quack made sure that the spa was situated properly on the platform with enough room for our stairs. He also went above and beyond making sure it was even on both sides of the platform. If you can request these men when your spa is delivered or move, I would request them.

I had a fantastic and seamless buying experience at Georgia Spa Company. Nicole, the sales rep who initially greeted me, guided me to the hot tub that met all of my needs and talked me through the features. They had a great sale going on and it was too good of a deal to pass up so I bought it on the spot even though I had only intended to be window shopping. The delivery was also smooth! I only had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The delivery crew called ahead, were on time, and set up everything smoothly with no issues. They also gave me a great orientation on how to get it up and running and how to maintain it. I was very happy with my whole experience and with my new hot tub. I intend to enjoy it for years to come.

Our experience was great from the moment we walked into the Newnan location and Nicole walked us through all different types of spas and the features. The ordering/financing was easy and the delivery and installation were handled professionally. Nicole was super helpful after installation and we had no idea how long to expect the initial “heat up” would take. She took time out of her day to help educate me further. This is a great place to shop for spa whether you’re a novice or a long time spa owner.
