My husband and I worked with Glen Sanford to buy a salt water hot tub. He was very knowledgeable about the product and listened to our needs throughly. He gave us all the additional information about the model we wanted. He was patient with us since did not buy right away. He informed us about the holiday sale and at the time we were ready to buy. We actually went with one size bigger because of the sale prices. He made the whole experience 5 stars! I will recommend him to others!

Glen Sanford helped us purchase our new hot tub. We inherited our old one with our house so never went through the selection process before. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He worked with us to maximize the current promotion and we never felt pressured to add items we didn't want. He had excellent follow up and was great with all of our questions.

Great company to work with. After a minor issue the sales team helped resolve the issue extremely quickly on a holiday. The gentlemen delivering all the items did an outstanding job, ensuring I was happy with location and ease of use. The electrician provided was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough.

No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. One of the best purchases we have made.

I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. He took the time to explain the “Why” I needed certain chemicals to be in balance with other chemicals, and how they can positively or negatively impact my spa system, maintenance and cost. Mainly PH and Phosphate/ Chlorine working together 👍great info. Thank you Carter!

I bought a hot springs spa from Georgia Spa Company on Labor Day. Carter helped me with my purchase. Since then Carter has helped me get my chemicals in the spa perfect. I have high phosphorus in my Aiken city water since I’m close to the second oldest golf course in the country. Because of the phosphorus eating my chlorine I’ve had a small challenge. Carter recognized the problem and helped me fix it. I would highly recommend Georgia Spa company and definitely try to get Carter. He really knows his stuff.

Did a great job, the price quoted is the price paid. None of that this is your cost, plus delivery, plus installation, plus chlorine, etc… The hot tub came in when they said it would and was installed right away. Cody and his team walked me through how to run and maintain everything and stayed involved to ensure it got up and running after an issue with a breaker and a blown fuse. 100% recommend

Stopped in to look at hot tubs after doing some research online and narrowing it down to a few options. Candy was my sales rep, and she was fantastic. She clearly explained the differences between each model/series and where spending extra money would give the best return on investment. With so many options out there, it really helps to have someone break it down in a way that makes sense for your needs. I especially appreciate a salesperson who listens and doesn’t push based on price alone. I was short on time, so I asked her to prepare a few quotes and email them to me. I had them within 30 minutes, which allowed me to review everything with my wife that evening and make a decision. Candy told me to text her that night—no matter the time—and she would handle the paperwork and secure the specific tub we wanted in inventory. We ended up buying the tub well after the store was closed, which was incredibly convenient and made for an awesome experience. Lastly, the delivery team was excellent. Theresa coordinated everything and confirmed details the day before. The crew arrived on time and even gave a 30-minute heads-up. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left the area just as they found it. John Ellison and his team answered all my questions, so by the time they left, I felt completely confident getting started. Save yourself some time and go see Candy at Georgia Spa Company—you’ll likely end up there anyway! Huge thanks to the entire team for making this purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Miss Christina was fantastic and gave me a discount that was two days late and Miss Donna assisted me and getting the refund also, and Joe was probably the most helpful of all. I have bought two hot tubs from Georgia Spa over the last 15 years and received excellent service from them including a heater replacement under warranty for my first spa. My current Envoy tub has been humming along for 10 years now with only one minor leak issue. IMHO Hot Spring is a quality hot tub and Georgia Spa a quality employee owned dealer.

Donna and I sat for about an hour plus, she went through every detail and options possible for me. She is super knowledgeable in this industry. It wasn’t about selling me the most expensive hot tub, she helped me stay in my price range and helped decide on what fit my vision and price range best. Glad I made the decision and moved forward! Great experience with Taylor and Georgia Spa Company! We Inquired about a new spa several weeks back and Taylor helped guide us to the spa that fit our lifestyle and budget. Taylor sent us all the information we needed before we came in on a Sunday to see the spas that matched our needs. Georgia Spa Company even lets you try a spa experience out in the wet when you come in. She spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and helping us! We couldn't be more pleased with the service!

GA Spa Company gave me an outstanding experience! Nicole was my sales person, and she made me feel very comfortable purchasing from her and her store. She answered all my questions, and was very patient with me on making my purchase. When I'm ready to upgrade my tub, I'm definitely coming back to GA Spa Company. The delivery crew was very professional and handled my delivery quickly and made it look so easy. The electrical company that GA Spa Company used was freaking Awesome! Everyone was very neat, clean, organized, professional, and also had great communication from the beginning! Purchased a used Hot Springs Spa from Nicole. From start to finish, Nicole made whole process very easy and was very helpful post installation. She was and continues to be available to answer questions. Nicole’s white gloved approach to me as a customer is rare these days. If you are in the market for hot tub, I would highly recommend working with Nicole and Georgia Spa Company!

I’m very pleased with Quack, Derek and Tee that came out for my “spa move”. Very professional, honest, kind and thorough. Quack made sure that the spa was situated properly on the platform with enough room for our stairs. He also went above and beyond making sure it was even on both sides of the platform. If you can request these men when your spa is delivered or move, I would request them.
