Glen Sanford helped us purchase our new hot tub. We inherited our old one with our house so never went through the selection process before. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He worked with us to maximize the current promotion and we never felt pressured to add items we didn't want. He had excellent follow up and was great with all of our questions.

We had a great experience with Georgia Spa company. Glen Sanford was fantastic and spent almost 2 hours with us in the store, walking us through all the different options and features. His follow-up was great and addressed all the questions and concerns that we had. We felt very comfortable making our investment here, as they clearly take care of their customers for the long term. Can't wait to get our hot tub installed.

Great company to work with. After a minor issue the sales team helped resolve the issue extremely quickly on a holiday. The gentlemen delivering all the items did an outstanding job, ensuring I was happy with location and ease of use. The electrician provided was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I just purchased a Caldera Makena yesterday and now wait for the delivery…. I will update after that, but wanted to make sure that I could give the purchase process a great review. I actually went to the store on Friday and Saturday to pick the best option for my needs. Kameron helped us both days and he was very knowledgeable on the different options and gave some good advice on how each one could benefit me. They were very reasonable on price and I am very pleased about the whole experience. I also want to commend them on their Toys for Tots coupon, because it not only helps me save a little money, but more importantly helps a child who may not be as fortunate during this time of year!!

5 star hands down service from Kameron and his team!! This was our first hot tub purchase and it couldn’t have gone any smoother! Kameron was a no pressure sales man who was able to explain the differences in each model. We weren’t expecting the unit to be delivered for appx 1 week but the team was able to schedule delivery and the electrician 24 hours later. What an incredible experience!!

No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. One of the best purchases we have made.

I bought a hot springs spa from Georgia Spa Company on Labor Day. Carter helped me with my purchase. Since then Carter has helped me get my chemicals in the spa perfect. I have high phosphorus in my Aiken city water since I’m close to the second oldest golf course in the country. Because of the phosphorus eating my chlorine I’ve had a small challenge. Carter recognized the problem and helped me fix it. I would highly recommend Georgia Spa company and definitely try to get Carter. He really knows his stuff.

I just wanted to thank Melody at the Georgia Spa Augusta location for going above and beyond to recalibrate the Water Analysis system! I come in weekly to get my water tested and when I came in today I was very happy to find out that Melody had taken the extra time out of her work schedule to recalibrate the water Analysis system to insure the results would be accurate!

I have been working w/ Sean Harris on getting a Hot Tub for over a year. Finally made my purchase and couldnt be happier. Sean kept me up to date on promotions and was available to answer and of my questions and concerns. He was very helpful in the process and now after much time, lol, my hot tub was delivered today!! Customer Service from everyone has been top tier from Scheduling to Delivery Crew! 🥇

Did a great job, the price quoted is the price paid. None of that this is your cost, plus delivery, plus installation, plus chlorine, etc… The hot tub came in when they said it would and was installed right away. Cody and his team walked me through how to run and maintain everything and stayed involved to ensure it got up and running after an issue with a breaker and a blown fuse. 100% recommend

We worked with Jill and her crew to choose the right hot tub and then to get it installed and functioning in a tight, steep-sloped environment. The installation team was outstanding and the one small service item we had post-installation was handled professionally by Jill. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.

I purchased a hot tub several years ago from Spa and Deck Creations. Even today when I have questions or need something additional Shannon is very quick to help guide and advise. She is very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and equipment. On the rare occasion that I have asked a question that she did not immediately know the answer she has called the manufacturer to get answers. If I ever consider another hot tub I will definitely be calling Shannon to begin talking about all of the options.

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of her knowledge and acumen were exceptional. Rarely have I encountered a team that had an in depth knowledge of the Hot Spring Spa we purchased and it was clear Shannon had taken the time to learn in depth about the products she represents. Also, Jill- who helped schedule everything- was also extremely helpful and responsive. We had some scheduling and installation conflicts that Jill helped us quickly overcome. Overall our experience was top notch and we would highly recommend you go see Shannon if you are seriously in the market for a new hot tub. Finally, Danny who led the installation team was also great, and even sent photos after the spa was installed since we couldn’t be there on the day of. In closing: customer service is a dying art and when you come across a team that provides the best it is worth recognizing and seeking out.

We recently purchased a Hot Springs Envoy model and we absolutely love it. We wanted to buy from a local dealer so we chose Spa and Deck Creations. The salesperson was knowledgeable and everything was delivered on time. They helped us with getting someone for the electrical connections and for the concrete slab. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just recently bought our third Hot Springs hot tub from Spa & Deck in Blue Ridge, GA We changed to a salt water system this time which we have never had before. It is Great and so little trouble I am glad we decided to change. Thanks to the great people at S&D, and Cain Hayes who installed the system. I can't say enough good things about all of them!

Stopped in to look at hot tubs after doing some research online and narrowing it down to a few options. Candy was my sales rep, and she was fantastic. She clearly explained the differences between each model/series and where spending extra money would give the best return on investment. With so many options out there, it really helps to have someone break it down in a way that makes sense for your needs. I especially appreciate a salesperson who listens and doesn’t push based on price alone. I was short on time, so I asked her to prepare a few quotes and email them to me. I had them within 30 minutes, which allowed me to review everything with my wife that evening and make a decision. Candy told me to text her that night—no matter the time—and she would handle the paperwork and secure the specific tub we wanted in inventory. We ended up buying the tub well after the store was closed, which was incredibly convenient and made for an awesome experience. Lastly, the delivery team was excellent. Theresa coordinated everything and confirmed details the day before. The crew arrived on time and even gave a 30-minute heads-up. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left the area just as they found it. John Ellison and his team answered all my questions, so by the time they left, I felt completely confident getting started. Save yourself some time and go see Candy at Georgia Spa Company—you’ll likely end up there anyway! Huge thanks to the entire team for making this purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Big decision to buy a hot tub for Christmas, but my sales girl at the Kennesaw store, Donna has been the best for answering all my questions and making us comfortable with our decisions; from which one is best for us to what is needed to get our hot tub delivered and set up! They are very organized and have recommended some of the best contractors too for us to add a deck! Very pleased with our decision to go with them.

Donna and I sat for about an hour plus, she went through every detail and options possible for me. She is super knowledgeable in this industry. It wasn’t about selling me the most expensive hot tub, she helped me stay in my price range and helped decide on what fit my vision and price range best. Glad I made the decision and moved forward! I had a fantastic and seamless buying experience at Georgia Spa Company. Nicole, the sales rep who initially greeted me, guided me to the hot tub that met all of my needs and talked me through the features. They had a great sale going on and it was too good of a deal to pass up so I bought it on the spot even though I had only intended to be window shopping. The delivery was also smooth! I only had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The delivery crew called ahead, were on time, and set up everything smoothly with no issues. They also gave me a great orientation on how to get it up and running and how to maintain it. I was very happy with my whole experience and with my new hot tub. I intend to enjoy it for years to come.

Our experience was great from the moment we walked into the Newnan location and Nicole walked us through all different types of spas and the features. The ordering/financing was easy and the delivery and installation were handled professionally. Nicole was super helpful after installation and we had no idea how long to expect the initial “heat up” would take. She took time out of her day to help educate me further. This is a great place to shop for spa whether you’re a novice or a long time spa owner.

All the people from sales to delivery and in between have been very helpful, patient with my questions, and made sure my needs were heard and did the best they could to help. From Nicole to Ashlynn to Teresa to Mckinley to everyone else who I talked to but don’t remember all the names they were excellent! I ordered a hot tub and grill.
