The new Lane’s BBQ Signature Brine is now available in all Georgia Spa Company showrooms to help take the flavor of your food to the next level. The brine is perfect for turkey, pork and chicken.
Available at Georgia Spa in 20 oz. bags for $14.99 (about two and half cups of dry ingredients).
“The apple cider vinegar packs a flavor punch that makes your taste stronger and the brine last longer,” said owner Ryan Lane.
Here are some tips and instructions on using the Signature Brine directly from Ryan:
Turkey (10 – 12 lbs.):
- Use 1 cup of the dry brine in 1-2 gallons of water.
- Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- Remove brine solution and allow to air dry in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. TIP: This helps the skin to dry out so it becomes crispy when cooking.
- Season with your favorite Lane’s BBQ rub, cook to perfection and enjoy!
- TIP: Double recipe for larger turkeys.
Pork & Chicken:
- Use 1/2 cup of brine in a plastic gallon bag, and fill half of the bag with water.
- Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
- Remove brine solution, rinse and pat dry.
- Season with your favorite Lane’s BBQ rub, cook to perfection and enjoy!
