Catherine Bonet joined Georgia Spa Company in April 2021 as a Sales Professional. Catherine works at our Newnan showroom, and can be seen in several of Georgia Spa's TV commercials. She has said seeing the commercial being filmed and getting to be part of it is one of her favorite memories at Georgia Spa Company. In October of 2022, she earned Employee of the Month recognition.
What was your first job?
My first job was at Publix as a cashier when I was 16.
What's your favorite hot tub?
My favorite hot tub is the Hot Spring Spas Vanguard. I like the Vanguard because it
fits my height perfectly. I like that I don't need a snorkel in that hot tub
which is a bonus for short people. I love the double Moto Massage and the
double step in. I think it's a great hot tub and you can't go wrong with a Vanguard
if you prefer open seating like I do.
Where do you like to vacation?
I don't have a vacation preference. I'm happy going anywhere that I can
enjoy time with my family.
If you had to eat one meal,
every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This must be a trick question. I know I'm small, but I love my food. I
would probably have to go with my mom's pork chops and mashed potatoes with hard-boiled
egg mashed into the potatoes.
How do you prefer to spend your
time off?
I love spending time with my son and doing the things that make him
happy.
What are three things on your bucket list?
I want to purchase RVs and renovate them into vacation homes for
people to rent out, I want to travel with my husband and son, and I want us to
build our dream home.
What is a TV show you like to
re-watch a lot?
What is your hidden talent?
I have a good T-Rex impression. Thanks to my three-year-old son for helping me
figure that out.
What is your favorite movie?
Never Been Kissed is my favorite.
What is the best advice you've
ever gotten?
Not every sale is a result of something you did right, and every walk
isn't a result of something you did wrong.
What is something you would tell
your 13-year-old self?
I would tell my 13-year-old self to not give up on myself so easily. To
not be afraid of failure and to not let my fears hold me back.
What is your favorite song
lyric?
"Don't want to close my eyes, I don't want to fall asleep 'cause I'd miss you baby, and I don't want to miss a thing," from Aerosmith's I Don't Want to Miss a Thing. It's mine and my husband's song.
Any awards you have won?
I don't remember the year, but I took piano lessons as a kid and won a
few piano awards at the piano recitals.
What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
Cleaning the bathroom.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
The first thing I would do it to help pay my parents' bills.
If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor?
God. Because there is no one that can compare to him.

What is the one thing you cannot resist?
Loving on my son so much to the point that he tells me that I gave him
enough kisses.
